Do you accept international orders?
Yes! For international orders, please email us to place an order. The shipping cost varies by destination, weight, and shipping method. Let us know your country of residence and which items you would like to order. We will then give you a shipping cost estimate and options before you place your order.
How can I pay for my order?
Our online checkout is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. We have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. Through Stripe, we accept all major credit cards. If paying with PayPal, you can also make payments using your bank account or linked credit/debit cards. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges. If you want to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days to qualify for a return/exchange. The refund amount will be at the current price of the item(s). Refunds for returns will be in cash (if returned at the store) or via Paypal. In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with the item(s) in your order, please contact us. We will gladly cover return shipping costs in this case.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. If you need faster shipping or would like to use a different carrier, please email us before placing an order.
